We are able to perform Total Easy Care, Superwash, Basolan and Chloro Free treatments certified GOTS 7.0. Our production capacity is 7,000 kg/day.
Our dyeing plant is able to dye animal and cellulose fibers, with pre-metallized, reactive and indanthrene dyes. Our production capacity is 8,000 kg/day.
With this process we can complete the entire production process internally after dyeing, in this way we deliver to our customers inspected and wound yarn, so that they can use it without worries.
We also have an internal conditioning room, our quality process includes a minimum 24h stay of the yarn after the winding process, in this way we can restore the yarn to its natural elasticity so it can be worked at its best.
Finally, all our productions after being dyed, spooled and conditioned are packaged. All the packages are labeled and bagged one by one, in this way we can preserve and maintain the conditioning. The material is then boxed and placed on a pallet ready for shipping.
